Manjushree Trail Race: Registration Open for Global Trail Running Talent

Registration for the fourth edition of the Manjushree Trail Race, set to commence from Chaitra 23, has officially opened.

Organized as part of the Asia Trail Masters series, this renowned trail race will feature elite runners from both domestic and international circuits.

 Among the highlights, five exceptional athletes will earn the opportunity to participate in the Asia Trail Masters, competing in the challenging 100-mile and 100-kilometer categories.

Notably, top athletes from countries like China, France, and others with a global presence in trail running will grace the event. Over 130 athletes from various nations have already submitted their applications for participation through the official website, manjushreetrailrace.com.

Supported by the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) and evaluated by the Ultra-Trail World Tour's assessment body, the YUTMB, this race holds international significance. Participants completing the Manjushree Trail Race as per ITRA standards will earn six points, a benchmark for recognition in international trail running events.

The race will offer significant cash prizes, medals, and certificates across different categories. Winners of the 170-kilometer race will receive cash prizes of 60,000, 40,000, and 20,000 Nepalese Rupees respectively, along with medals and certificates. Similarly, winners of the 100-kilometer and 50-kilometer races will also be rewarded generously.
